Right of Withdrawal

Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods. For the United States, a withdrawal period of 30 days applies.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal including date and time on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).]

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract in due time, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which is proportionate to what has been provided until the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the full coverage of the contract.

  • For customers in the United States, we offer an extended 30-day return policy.
  • The return period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany.
  • Artworks must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
