Magical Change

Magical Change – Acrylic Painting by Elena Grumann

Acrylic and Mixed Media on Canvas | 100 x 100 cm

Discover "Magical Change," a profound and highly emotional original painting by artist Elena Grumann. Contemporary expressive painting in a large square format – an expressive artistic reflection on the transition from summer to autumn, letting go, and the vital power of new beginnings.

The Artwork:

The artwork captivates with its striking figurative abstraction and intense color dramaturgy. At its center is a stylized, emotionally distorted face, whose distinctive features reflect the transformation and change of the seasons. Flowing transitions between vibrant warm summer tones and cool autumnal nuances create a tense visual structure. Grumann combines expressive brushwork, dynamic drip paintings, spray effects, and delicate linear networks with graphic elements such as hearts and circular color dots. The color palette masterfully balances between radiant sun yellow, fiery red and orange, vibrant magenta-pink, cool sky blue, soft sage green, and accents in deep night blue and pure white.
