Acrylic on canvas | 100 x 100 cm | Original / Unique Piece

Discover "In the Rice Field", a profound and narrative work by the artist Maren Lüke-Amato. Contemporary portrait art with great creative empathy – an intimate, culturally influenced moment in a vibrant color composition.

The Artwork:

At its center is the intricately detailed face of a working person, whose gaze directly and with dignity captures the viewer. Framed by the striking, geometric shape of a traditional Asian straw hat (Nón Lá) and a brightly blue headscarf, the portrait forms the emotional core of the picture. The motif is embedded in a waving, dynamically applied rice field with visible brushstrokes. In the left background, another silhouette hints at the communal, traditional work in nature.
