Carnivorous plant

Carnivorous Plant – Fine Art Print by Gero Paul

Fine Art Print on Aluminum Dibond | 70 x 90 cm

Discover "Carnivorous Plant," a digital composition of almost supernatural luminosity by artist Gero Paul. Neon nature and exotic danger – where paradisiacal idyll and perilous allure blur.

The Artwork:

Against an absolutely black background, an explosive bouquet of orchids, tropical leaves, and shimmering hummingbirds unfolds. The work masterfully plays with the concept of "Vanitas": the beauty is so oversaturated and magnificent that it tips into the uncanny. The title suggests a danger lurking behind the floral splendor – the hummingbirds seem as much drawn to the glowing center as they are trapped within it. Presented on aluminum Dibond, the colors stand out sculpturally and lend the work a modern, almost textile depth.
